    About the Role:

    As a Director in our Corporate Finance team, you will leverage your technical expertise to lead transaction closure processes and collaborate closely with Partners on new business development. You will oversee a team of Executives and Managers, guiding them towards achieving agreed objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of transactions, including M&A, debt, and equity fundraising.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leverage technical knowledge to lead transaction closure processes
    • Support Partners in developing new business
    • Manage a team of Executives and Managers, guiding them towards achieving agreed objectives
    • Collaborate with Partners on a broad spectrum of transactions
    • Deliver M&A, debt, and equity fundraising transactions for owner-managed businesses
    • Pursue promotion to Partner upon meeting certain development targets

    About You:

    We are seeking a professionally qualified individual with a strong understanding of and experience in advising clients on buy and sell side M&A work, as well as debt and equity fundraising. You should have led or managed similar projects, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

    What We Offer:
