We have a great opportunity for an experienced care assistant to join the wonderful, experienced, motivated, and friendly team working nights at our client's warm and homely nursing and care home for the elderly based in the village of Ewerby, just a few miles east of Sleaford, Lincolnshire. (Our client is offering a joining bonus up to £500 for this role)

The successful applicant will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

Driving licence preferred due to rural location of the home.

Must have the right to work in the UK


The dream team at our client's home provide quality nursing care and all levels of residential care for the elderly and those living with dementia, and offer respite care for elderly people.


Having originally been a vicarage the property retains many beautiful features while also having been selectively extended and modernised to offer a high standard of living to all its residents.

Their friendly and experienced team deliver superior quality residential care to their elderly occupants - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


The team's passion has always been to provide nursing care, and all levels of residential and dementia care of the very highest quality.

They offer comfort and friendship within a homely atmosphere while respecting and being sensitive to the individual needs, wishes and choices of its elderly residents.


About the Role

  • Supporting the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents by providing the highest standard of care
  • Providing personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and eating
  • Promoting our residents' choice, dignity and independence and all times
  • Maintaining accurate records
