Investment Responsibilities:


The firm is currently looking to hire an Associate/Senior Associate to join our Private Equity team in our London office.

The Senior Associate is a junior investment team position primarily engaged in supporting the fundamental due diligence and analytical efforts of more senior professionals in the course of the investment process.

Senior Associates operate with increased independence on specific tasks within the investment process, but are still expected to have oversight on their overall activities.

Senior Associates manage and review the work of Associates. Senior Associates represent the firm outside of the office at annual meetings, conferences, and other events.- Analytical activities, including:

  • Use of and facility with existing valuation and investment models, including the company sheets-
  • Creation of new valuation and investment models based on communicated concepts, as required-
  • Use of and facility with existing spreadsheet-based analytical tools-
  • Creation of new spreadsheet-based analytical tools based on communicated concepts, as required-
  • Organisation of all analytical material and work product-
  • Application of sound investment judgement-
  • Review of junior team members' analytical work product-
  • Due diligence activities, including:
  • Collection, compilation, and confirmation of all necessary data, facts, and information-
  • Investment research and analysis-
  • Synthesis and summary of above-
  • Organization of all due diligence materials-
  • Review and oversight of junior team members due diligence activities-
  • Support during the investment process, including preparation of reports, schedules, and presentation materials
  • Support during the closing process, including the preparation and confirmation of schedules and other related materials
  • Some guided leadership of and the ability to work independently in the closing process
  • Ability and willingness to communicate positions and supporting facts to the investment team and/or investment committee
  • Ability and willingness to assist senior leadership in representing the firm in capital and transaction and origination discussions

Education/Experience Required:

  • 2 (Associate) 6 years (Senior Associate) of work experience in private equity or investment banking (or other investmentrelated roles) or equivalent experience Experience in Secondaries is highly advantageous Ability to execute against firm, often shortterm, deadlines Ability to produce accurate and timely work product Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to solve problems independently, and to work with mínimal supervision
