M2 Education is a leading education supply agency dedicated to providing schools with exceptional teaching and support staff. We currently have an ongoing need for Teaching assistants due to high demands for support within schools. We work with schools in all areas of Cumbria, local to you.

The roles we are recruiting for vary and are in Nursery-Year 6 classes. Please make us aware of preference, relevant skills or previous experience working with a particular age of children.

Furthermore, as an experienced Teaching Assistant for M2 Education, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational development and well-being of children whilst maintaining professional relationships with staff, parents and ourselves.

Our current roles vary from Full time, Part time; Long term and short term

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications and experience in working within education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with young learners
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of the children
