Skills Requirements

Proven experience of working in a fast paced Customer Care environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
An effective team player with a "cando" attitude
Passionate about providing great customer care with a bubbly personality
A confident and professional telephone manner
Selfmotivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative
Managing your own workload and time, whilst developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers

Process new customer orders, whilst providing advice on our products and upselling
