We're looking for a Senior Marketing Account Manager to join us.

Someone who is experienced in working in a busy environment, planning and overseeing the delivery of campaigns across various industries.

You should be able to work effectively across bothon and offline activity, so planning websites or producing a sales brochure and everything in between shouldn't phase you.

You'll need top-notch organisation skills and a strong drive to achieve fantastic results for your clients as well as progressing yourown career and experience.


The job


As a senior member of the team, you'll be expected to develop strong relationships with your clients and have the people skills and strategic planning ability to become a trusted advisor to them, as well as to your colleagues across different teams.

You'llbe working with an experienced and dedicated team with the full support of senior staff across the business to help you achieve your objectives.

No two days are the same, but to give you an idea, you'll be involved in the following.

  • Oversee and plan strategic marketing campaigns for clients
  • Daytoday management of clients' marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Working with the team to develop integrated marketing strategies
  • Understand client objectives and how these can be aligned and met through the various marketing tactics
  • Translating briefs into clear deliverables
  • Work with our creative, digital marketing, development and PR teams to deliver campaigns
  • Preparing internal briefs, scheduling work and managing timescales
  • Liaise with third party suppliers to form relationships with them to help deliver on campaign activity.
  • Daily account management / client services responding to all client requirements in a timely and efficient manner and build effective relationships with them
  • Proactively identify areas for growth and crossselling opportunities, working closely with specialist teams to drive integration across the business
  • Preparing pitches and presentations for current and prospective clients. Lead input into new business proposals, tenders, prepare presentations and supporting documents to win new business
  • Budget management for clients as well as an oversight of the financial forecast and pipeline
  • Responsible for progressing Marketing Services Managers and Marketing Services Executives through delegation of work and ongoing personal development reviews

The person


We're looking for someone who has a minimum 3 years' agency experience (more would be preferable) with a demonstrable track record of creating and delivering effective marketing strategies that deliver business outcomes.

Someone with a commercial mindset,who ensures efficiency and profitability.


The successful applicant will become a trusted, strategic advisor to our clients, colleagues and partners so it's essential that you maintain an up to date understanding of client marketing, client base, products and services and current performance.


We're a collaborative agency, so it's important that we find someone who will create and build successful relationships with our different functional teams.

We're looking for someone who will focus on relationships, who can gain trust through communication,expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables.

You should be confident and able to work autonomously and manage workload efficiently in order to show tangible results. A marketing degree of CIM qualification is desirable, but not essential.

Our Glasgow office is based at the edge of the City Centre, across from Charing Cross station or a 20-minute walk from Glasgow Central or Queen Street train stations.
