We currently have a great opportunity to join Openfield as a Customer Support Administrator on a full-time basis based in Colsterworth, starting immediately.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients regarding all paperwork required to match product movement on a daily basis.
- Accurate inputting of data from haulier paperwork into system to ensure a prompt payment process is adhered to.
- Processing all supplier/haulier invoices for payment by purchase ledger in a timely manner.
- Deals with all queries and complaints received in a timely manner seeking prompt and effective resolution.
- Deal professionally and efficiently with all enquiries and queries. Maintains good relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Uses Openfield communication channels to deliver internal and external communication as appropriate.
- Deals with all daytoday administration processes relevant to Customer Support function.
Reception Duties
- Ensuring all calls to the Openfield Group of companies are answered in a timely and professional manner. Directing and dealing with queries efficiently. Deliver a consistent and professional visitor experience. Provide support for all daytoday administration processes relevant to reception duties.
Salary £21,000
Hours 08:00am to 16:00pm hours per week
