Change Recruitment has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and confident Customer Service Representative to join our clients friendly, busy team based in St.

Helens, Merseyside on a 13 week temp-permanent basis working Monday to Friday 08:00/09:00 - 16:30/17:30 (slightly flexible)


We are offering a starting salary of £10.50 this will increase after successful completion of the 13 week temp to perm period.


Our Customer Service team are the first and front-line response to all incoming queries and requests made by our Contract clients, residents and other customers.


You will:

  • Provide an excellent and professional customer service to our customers, clients and residents
  • Liaise with the backoffice administration team as necessary to quickly resolve queries and issues raised from customers, clients and residents. Take ownership of these, and ensure you respond to the customer/client or resident same day or within 24 working hours of the enquiry received.
  • Where appropriate, pass enquiries to the backoffice Contract Administration team with accurate and relevant information.
  • Previous experience in a call/contact centre or a customer service administration role.
  • Some duties dealing with inbound sales calls will be required should the business require.
Monday to Friday
