Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for an experienced hospital director to join a community hospital. The hospital has had a 'Good' CQC rating, and the manager would be expected to maintain this rating.

  • The Hospital Director will put in place and ensure robust operational and financial controls are in place, monitored and performance driven
  • The Hospital Director will ensure robust performance monitoring is in place against financial and quality results and take remedial action where necessary, keeping the Operations Director directly informed
  • The Hospital Director will represent the company to major customers and professional associates and ensure all staff always behave and perform in a professional manner, taking necessary action where performance fails.
To be considered for this role you will need:

  • NMC pin required
  • A proven track record in hospital management
  • A sound knowledge of the CQC and applicable legislation / standards.
