A very exciting opportunity to be part of Birmingham's best Thai street food company at our newly opened Soi 1268 in Stirchley.

We are looking for an experienced, hard working, friendly food lovers to be a permanent part of our team. This role is for someone who would like to grow and learn with us.


We require a dynamic and enthusiastic person who enjoys a varied working day, with experience of supervising a restaurant team.

ABOUT THE ROLE


The Restaurant Supervisor will lead the team on the floor in all aspects including maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, the customer experience, bar work, problem solving and resolving customer grievances should they occur.

Ensuring guest satisfaction and team motivation are extremely important


You will assist in achieving the goals and targets set in budgets by maximising revenue, maintaining as well as building upon the reputation of the restaurant and ensuring that business objectives are accomplished.
