Service Desk Engineer / Up to £24,000 / Cambridge


TEC Partners are currently working with an excellent organisation based in Cambridgeshire who are looking to add a Service Desk Engineer to their growing team as they continue to add talented people to the business to achieve their business growth targets.

What they need from you Previous experience working in a similar IT Helpdesk or Service Desk role.

  • Strong customer service abilities with both a professional and friendly attitude
  • Previous experience with Active Directory and Ticketing Systems
  • To want to learn and develop within the business and enhance your skills
