About the Company:


Helicentre Aviation was founded in 2001, originally based at Coventry Airport in the West Midlands, now headquartered at Leicester Airport with its multi-engine training and operations centre of excellence at London Oxford Airport.


Since opening, its training academy, commercial and utility operations have gone from strength to strength and the original expectations of creating a one-stop training academy and commercial air operation were far exceeded.

Helicentre Aviation has trained hundreds of professional helicopter pilots, feeding the crew supply chain globally, both offshore and onshore.


Today Helicentre Aviation owns and operates a fleet of 16 helicopters including Cabri G2, Robinson R44 and AgustaWestland AW109helicopters operating the largest onshore aerial surveillance and training contracts in the UK.


Job Summary:


The Training Admissions Coordinator is responsible for achieving helicopter pilot training sales targets through a blend of passion for selling and a love for aviation.

This culminates in prospective students being guided through the enrolment process onto the appropriate course, enabling them to achieve their career goals through the most suitable pathway.


The Training Admissions Coordinator will work alongside our Head of Marketing to ensure all potential pilot training opportunities are followed through, raising awareness of helicopter careers by working alongside a team of enthusiastic industry professionals, to reach the required monthly and annual targets of eligible potential leads and ultimately new course enrolments.


Key responsibilities and duties:


  • Lead generation working with our creative and advertising team to generate enquiries
  • Event participation attending seminars and exhibitions to generate interest in the courses
  • Sales process end to end followup of all enquiries, making calls, holding meetings
  • Record keeping maintaining accurate activity logs, recording KPIs and creating reports
  • Assist in business development explore new opportunities, and report to the Board
  • Managing team performance utilising resource, coordinating team activities
  • Pilot assessments managing the selection schedule and team to determine pilot suitability
  • Sales conversions closing sales, taking deposits and course fees, enrolling students

Working Hours:

Full-time, Permanent
  • Monday to Friday
, 08:30 - 17:30

Attendance of marketing events required on weekends and evening from time to time
