Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an ADMIN ASSISTANT for a well-established company in HALIFAXThis is a full-time, permanent position with no agency probation period
About You:
- High work ethic & team player.
- Punctual & reliable.
- Flexible approach.
- Excellent phone communication skills as there will be a large amount of calls made to our field agents for progress updates, support and assistance purposes.
- Strong PC skills e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook. Knowledge of Excel is critical.
- Extremely detail orientated / ability to recall information quickly and ability to effectively prioritize workflow.
- Must be able to work on their own but seek guidance when needed.
- 2 year admin experience required
- Driving License preferred
About the role:
- Monday to Friday 9
- Salary: £23,000 per annum.( raises to 24,750 after 3 month probation period)
- Duties will be compliance checking install information and compiling paperwork and photo packs to send for approval to the council, alongside completion packs to the customer once install is complete.
- We deliver a lot of measures and work to tight deadlines so need someone who is proactive and can work on their own initiative.
- Start: ASAP.
