Job role:
To maintain and improve the customer experience for an existing client portfolio. This will be achieved through routine contact and rapid troubleshooting. Meeting consistently with the customers on site visits and ensuring their feedback is heard.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.15pm, some flexibility on start and finish time might be required.

Salary:
£28,000

Role requirements:

Regular visits to customers to ensure excellent service levels are maintained. This will include stock checks, garment sizing and crossselling other services the company offers where possible.
Ordering and receiving garments from suppliers, ensuring they are the correct item, specification, and size before arranging delivery to the customer.
Point of contact for all customers contacting the office looking to place a garment order or enquire about a product.
General office duties and administrative tasks
Helping in the main office in cases of sickness or absence.
To assist the management with additional tasks as directed.

Skills:

At least two years of experience working in a fastpaced Customer Service environment.
Excellent customer facing manner and communication skills.
Computer literate with fluent written and spoken English.
The ability to work to daily deadlines accurately and efficiently in a demanding environment.
Shows a genuine interest in and makes sure the needs of the customers are met in a way that benefits both the customers and the organisation.
Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail, thoroughness, and a methodical and logical approach to work.
Works at a pace that matches the requirements of this fastmoving business and recognises the importance of meeting deadlines.
