ADE Recruitment Group is a privately owned recruitment business established in 1999. The company suppliers white-collar temporary and permanent staff to the engineering, manufacturing and construction industries within the UK. The company is now in a position to recruit a Lead Generator.

What will you be doing as a Lead Generator?

We have Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, and your role will be making outbound telephone calls to lapsed clients or companies.

You will check the database details are correct and log any changes as required and then feedback key information to a Senior Recruitment Consultant for potential business leads.

The Lead Generator will:

Make outbound B2B telephone calls to generate new business development.
Engage with senior decision makers (Managers or Human Resources).
Able to seek out potential business opportunities and sales leads.
Build relationships with managers and stakeholders.

We would really love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Have a professional and polite telephone manner.
You love speaking to and engaging with senior decision makers.
You're determined, resilient and able to handle setbacks.
Possess good listening and communication skills.
You're confident, selfassured and enjoy outbound business to business calls.
Worked with databases, such as CRM, ATS or similar
Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Mainly work documents).
