As a cutting-edge manufacturer, they are looking for someone who can develop the already strong relationship between finance and non-finance, as the organisation looks to expand their customer base in the US.

They are renowned for their enviable, google-style Southampton offices, and the Finance Director is extremely keen to consolidate a clear progression path during a period of organic growth.

You will take ownership of standard costing and profit analysis to shape business decision making and commercial strategy. You'll also monitor company budgets, preparing financial models with scenario analysis to influence project prioritisation.
