We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a thriving business within the Financial Sector. Committed to responsible business, this company are known for having a fair, positive and ethical culture.

With a mission to empower people, the role of TalentAcquisition Partner will be to ensure that the hiring process reflects the company values and mission.

Building upon the existing Recruitment Strategy, this role will help the business find, attract and hire top talent.

_A snapshot of the day-to-day responsibilities;_:

  • Effectively marketing live vacancies within the business, advertising across a wide range of job boards and channels
  • Have a strong grasp on active and passive talent and make sure to connect with them regularly to build good relationships
  • Evaluating the applicants and submitting to hiring managers for review
  • Continually strive for the brand development of the business
  • Manage and oversea all talent acquisition projects and initiatives
  • Leading recruitment strategies within the business and partnering with HR and business leaders within the business

This role would suit someone with the following skills;:

  • Proven experience of working within Recruitment
  • Experience of working with an applicant tracking system and HR databases
  • Knowledge of employment legislation related to recruitment
  • Confident at interviewing (both via phone and in person)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understands fully the recruitment lifecycle
  • Committed to advocating and encouraging an inclusive and diverse team culture
  • Promoting an open and considerate culture
