Working pattern - **37.5 hours per week, working over 5 days per week with some weekend working required. 25% pay enhancement for all weekend hours worked.

Salary £30,986.00 per year.

Location - Due to the nature of the service at this point we can only determine Hazel Grove, Stockport as the location.

A requirement of this role is a full driving licence.

We are seeking a
Team Leader for a period of 10 months to effectively and operationally manage all service resources to enable the people supported to achieve optimal outcomes in safe and secure environments, both within their own home and in community/vocational settings.

Ensuring that all appropriate care planning, risk assessments and record keeping are undertaken.
