Recruitment Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to provide general recruitment support across the business, ensuring that all stakeholders are provided with an exceptional, quality-led recruitment experience that is consistent, timely and engaging.

This includes:

Creating engaging job advertisements for use across a variety of digital platforms.
Managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously within a fast paced, highvolume environment.
Coordinating interviews, managing contract generation and assisting with onboarding documentation.
Providing updates and reports on recruitment activity as requested by senior management.
Complying with all data protection guidelines in line with company policies.
Supporting with all other recruitment related administration

In addition to this, you'll have:

Experience of working in a recruitment/HR environment
Experience working within an administrative or coordination role providing high quality service and support IT software
ATS/CRM Systems, MS Office Suite
Effective communication skills
Challenging and Influencing skills
Proactive approach
