Description
London based Property Investment Company looking to recruit a Property Administrator to assist Directors with the day-to-day management and administration of a residential and commercial property portfolio.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensuring office equipment, supplies and consumables are maintained and used efficiently
- Responding to client queries, processing standard template letters and communications
- Organize and running referencing/credit checks, invoicing, administration of leases / tenancy schedules and property data management
- Support in dealing with void rates, liaising with councils, utility suppliers
- Updating the property database and accurate record keeping
- Liaising with and scheduling maintenance contractors
- Managing a portfolio of contractors and ensuring relationships are being maintained
- Assist the team with other administrative and adhoc tasks and administrative duties
- Assist finance director with updating and maintaining all accounting documents, including sales invoices, purchase invoices, journals and ledgers, bank statements and correspondences, advise contractors and suppliers with general information regarding accountingqueries
Person specification:
- Meticulous attention to detail is required
- IT literate
- Structured, punctual and well organised able to prioritise high volumes of work
- Ability to work flexibly on own initiative & as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with clients in a confident and professional manner
