We have an opportunity for an experienced professional who's passionate about service to come on board and support our team.

Key responsibilities are to:

Deliver an exceptional and professional service to the hospitality suite, consisting of a number of meeting rooms.
Service includes: Tea & Coffee service / Sandwiches lunches / Hot & Cold buffets/
Canapés.
Servicing the client lounge and ensuring all standards are maintained at all times.

To help out in the bistro, serving coffee making sandwiches & assisting chefs.

Ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the front of house areas at all times.
General cleaning duties as required.
Ensure legal training requirements are kept up to date (all provided).
Support the kitchen team with delivery collection from the loading bay.
Support Chef Manager with admin, due diligence, ordering & other paperwork as required.
Assisting with weekly stock takes.
Helping to create a fun & friendly atmosphere within the catering team.
Liaising with the reception team regarding client bookings.
