The Company
Established for over 40 years, Tordoff & Wilkinson are a small family run joinery business. Based in the centre of Bradford, the company operates out of a 12000 sq. ft modern factory space with state of the art of CAD/CAM facilities.


The Job
Positions are available for both Bench Hand and Maintenance Joiners.

  • Bench Hand mainly workshop based, producing timber windows, doors, casings etc as well as bespoke furniture products.
  • Maintenance & Assembly a combination of joinery repair work, within the Bradford local authority area and furniture assembly work which is workshop based.
  • Full Time 40 hours per week (8.00am to 4.30pm Mon to Fri)
  • Part Time full days required 2, 3 or 4 days per week at 8 hours per day

The Person

  • Minimum of 3 GCSE's A-C Grade or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • City & Guilds and / or NVQ qualified (min level 2)
  • Minimum of 3 years joinery experience (both roles)
  • Experience of working with CNC machinery would be a distinct advantage (Bench Hand)
  • Hold a full UK clean driving licence

Salary Package

  • Minimum salary of £11.00 per hour (dependent upon skills and experience)
  • 21 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
