My Homecare Assistance is currently looking to recruit a Senior Complex Care Support Worker who have experience of working with adults with severe learning disabilities, behaviours that challenge and Autism.

You will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of support workers.

Please note that this is a demanding role which is to support two individuals with complex behaviours.


We are looking for creative, proactive, dynamic, staff with the correct values and attributes, who are willing to work hard to progress in Health and Social Care.

We are currently looking to recruit permanent staff and have day and night shift vacancies available on either a full-time or part-time contract.

You will have the support of a large team of Support Workers, as well as Team Leaders and Managers.

Support Worker requirements:


  • You will have a passion to deliver a high level of care and support to service users.
  • You will be committed to treat all service users with dignity and respect.
  • You will be willing to deliver personal care.
  • You will be flexible and display a positive attitude towards your work.
This post is for a package of care consisting of 24-hour care with 2:1 staff.


You will have a minimum of 6 months experience in the care sector and have a Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care and willingness to work towards your level 3/4.

You will also have experience of providing support to service users with severe learning disabilities, behaviour that challenges or physical disabilities.
