Marks Sattin are currently working with a leading Sheffield based business to assist in the recruitment of a Financial Accountant.

This role will suit a first time mover from Practice.

The organisation are worldwide with numerous entities, they are a very prgressive company and it will really suit somebody with a keen interest in Green Impact as the business are heavily focussed onbeing socially and environmentally friendly.


Responsible for:


  • Monthly consolidation and preparation of results
  • Half year results consolidation and interim accounts reporting
  • Year end results consolidation and statutory financial statements
  • Consolidating the annual budget and preparing budget reporting packs
  • Providing accounting support to the operating divisions
  • Liaising with external auditors during the annual audit process
  • Supporting the timely completion of tax returns and payments
  • Reporting the cash position of the Group through accurate daily tracking and forecasting
  • Ad hoc projects / analysis as required
  • Qualified accountant, ACA or ACCA
  • Would suit a firsttime mover from practice into industry
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS)
  • Experience with group accounts and consolidations would be helpful
