emPSN was established in 2001 as a not-for-profit focused on introducing broadband connectivity and IT safety services to schools in the East Midlands and are now looking to expand nationally.

Over the last two decades, we have helped hundreds of local schools and organisations integrate fast, flexible and secure networks into their everyday operations.

Ultimately, we provide safe online spaces for children to learn and grow and robust connections for local organisations to share data in a secure environment.


The Role:


We are looking for a proactive, dedicated and highly focused Administrator, who relishes the chance to be a key figure in the relationship management of new business opportunities from within our existing client base.


This is a hybrid position that is critical to the future growth and development of the business and fits into the strategic plan to retain, attract and win-back members.

As such, it is currently a wide-ranging and varied role, which will keep the right person highly engaged. As the role and the person develop it will expand and present distinct career advancement opportunities.


The Key Responsibilities:


This is a fast-paced role in an organisation committed to outstanding customer service, therefore strong relationship management skills will be crucial to your success, as well as a proactive approach to self-learning.

The key responsibilities of the Sales Administrator include, but are not limited to:


  • Liaising with existing customers from within our database and making appointments for the Head of Business Development, to whom you will be reporting
  • Tracking leads will be a daily task, all of which will require input into our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of how to use Salesforce would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Supporting the tender process by coordinating input from key stakeholders
  • Arranging and coordinating campaigns, internal meetings, and service review forums
  • Supporting company board meetings and records, including agenda, minutes and actions
  • Awareness of the use of social media for marketing purposes and a keen eye for businesssupporting content would be an asset

The Person

  • Previous administration and customer interaction experience
  • More important, is your desire to learn, deliver exceptional service and your demonstration of a selfstarter approach towards all aspects of your role.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
