Executive Assistant
Prior PA/EA experience within the insurance industry?
Highly organised with great time management?
We're hiring on behalf of a global insurance company based in The City for a full time role supporting the Executive Claims Director, Associate Directors and their subsequent teams.
Responsibilities:
- Providing professional administrative support across the claims division
- Organising and managing internal and external meetings, lunches, travel, accomodation and venues
- Producing expence claims for Director and Associate Directors
- Taking minutes for Syndicate weekly claims meeting
Desired skills and experience:
- Insurance / financial services industry
- Advanced Office 36
- Prior experience working as a PA/EA/Team Assistant
- Planning and organisation
- Diligence and accuracy
- Confidentiality
- Time management
- Hybrid working (2 days WFH)
