I am working closely with a superb business, with offices based near Chichester, to recruit a permanent and full-time Accountant.

This position will mainly be home-based, but with occasional travel into offices in Chichester.

The role would a technically competent accountant, possibly someone looking to take their first step out of an accountancy firm.

The role focuses on Financial accounting tasks, such as:

  • Preparing financial statements
  • Payroll
  • VAT
  • Corporation Tax
  • General Bookkeeping
  • Have experience of working within a practice environment (at least 23 years in a relevant role) and now be looking to make their first move into industry
  • Have strong experience of preparing accounting records to trial balance
  • Have Tax knowledge/ experience
  • Be AAT qualified or an active ACCA/ ACA studier
