Akkodis is currently recruiting for a Senior Service Relationship Manager, to join our prestigious client in Milton Keynes on a 6-month initial contract.

Role:
Senior Service Relationship Manager

Duration: 6 Months initially

Rate:
£443 per day

Status:
Outside IR35

Location:
Milton Keynes 2-3 days a week.

Key Accountabilities:
(Not limited too)

Manages change requests and monthly financial management of their live service. Ensuring adherence to key financial and commercial SLA's internal governance processes
Establishing good relationships with customers through close interaction and understanding of the requirements and future strategy.
Carries out information gathering analysing, solution finding, user research whilst being aware of operational priorities through the Technology and Operations portfolio.
Making decisions on the appropriate remedy or make recommendations, creating preventative measures and new work methods to provide continuous performance improvement and assists with the implementation of it.

Experience Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills up to senior level.

Good organisation skills, initiative, can manage priorities of their own and team workload effectively to ensure budget and timelines are met.
Confident in numerical and financial analysis with good commercial awareness.
Excellent problem solving, analytical and interpretive skills, uses expertise to adapt and resolve changing customer requirements or business issues.
Experience of developing and shaping proposals and strategies
Provide authoritative advice and successfully influence the teams that they liaise with on the most appropriate solution for our customers as well as process improvements.
They must be able to understand and articulate service management and support requirements.

Must be a British Citizen with eligibility for, or already holding SC level clearance
