Inspiring Futures Partnership Trust are looking to appoint a Finance and Operations Administrator to join our Central Team.

Inspiring Futures Partnership Trust is currently made of 3 primary academies; our founding academy Chepping View and two brand new and rapidly growing, state of the art academies; Abbey View Primary Academy and Kingsbrook View Primary Academy.

About the role:
Job Purpose:
To provide general finance and operational administration across the Trust, ensuring high levels of financial management at all times and maintaining the finance management system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Finance System administration
- Processing orders across the Trust, ensuring best value and adhering to budgets
- Raising and reconciling sales invoices / credit notes
- Process purchase invoices and raise sales invoices
- Finance journals including direct debits and purchasing cards
- Support contract agreements, obtaining quotes and liaising with suppliers
- General operations and administration support
- To professionally embody the Trust's values in all aspects of your work
About you:
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Is selfmotivated with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Has previous experience in a finance and/or operational administrative role
- Holds excellent IT skills with finance system experience
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Has srong organisational and time management skills
- Wants to make a positive contribution to children's education and staff working conditions
- Pays excellent attention to details
