Are you able to produce outstanding digital print for our interior design customers?


We're looking for someone to work in our digital print department to produce beautiful print on wallpaper and fabrics with an absolute commitment to service delivery with excellent customer liaison and support skills.


Ideally you will have at least a year's experience working in a digital print studio preparing colourmatches and printing for digital output.

Ideally you should have experience of working with creative customers to prepare work to their brief as well.


You'll need to stay calm under pressure and be able to juggle conflicting priorities, even when you're facing challenging deadlines.


Job duties:

  • Operate and print on digital print machines and ancillary machinery for wallcovering or fabric print sampling or production.
  • Check digital files to ensure they meet current print specifications
  • Check substrates are as ordered and suitable quality.
  • Load and unload of fabric or wallpaper on the machines
  • Check the print set up, carry out any pre print checks on machine settings,i.e. calibration, head alignment, colour and print quality
  • Prepare colourmatch samples according to brief and within accepted tolerances.
  • Produce daily production of digital fabric or wallpaper prints ensuring print consistency throughout production order.
  • Ensure colour consistency between productions.
  • Prepare and file colour match masters and production cuttings.
  • Ensure production is transferred to the inspection team once printed.
  • Production to be maintained in line with the weekly schedule.
  • Deal with customer enquiries; attend meetings, take colourmatch briefs and present samples; work one to one with customers etc. as needed.
  • Liaise with the Digital Production Coordinator for schedule planning, and advise any delay or potential impacts on the schedule as they occur.
  • Complete any paperwork and administrative tasks relevant to the role.
  • Perform regular upkeep and maintenance on digital printing machines.
  • Problem solve any technical issues and liaise with relevant internal or external advisers as resolve. Escalate to relevant personnel as needed.
  • Maintain stock of inks, consumables and other parts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Support other departments as needed in order to meet digital production requirements.
  • Carry out any other role as reasonably required by the company.

You will need to or ideally have:

  • Relevant professional qualification is preferred, ie. BA in Design Textiles.
  • Minimum one years' experience of digital printing for production preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience of Reggiani/HP/Epson large format printing preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience of AVA CAD software and/or Onyx RIP is preferred.
  • Excellent colour eye and understanding of creative customer needs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to focus on work and manage own time efficiently.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects within time limited deadlines.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Good maths skills to calculate operational functions.
  • Physical agility, spatial understanding, and good coordination essential to handle printing equipment and consumables, load and unload rolls of fabric and wallpaper.
  • Ability to work on feet and carry objects weighing up to 25 kilos.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills both internally and externally.
  • Flexibility to carry out additional hours by arrangement.
Training and support will be provided.


We're a busy têxtile print factory based in West London with both screen and digital print capability for fabric and wallpaper, our digital print facility is growing steadily and we are investing substantially to provide an outstanding service.
