We are seeking a confident, motivated individual with a high level of administrative skills.
You require no prior experience in the property industry and will be given the opportunity to complete your ARLA qualifications and to build a career in the Lettings industry.
As a Lettings negotiator you will have the following duties and responsibilities:- Identifying and maximising business opportunities
- Booking property viewings and registering applicants
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
- Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Building strong relationships with local property owners
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
- Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
- Arranging and conducting periodic property inspections
- Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals; alongside directors
- Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
- Handling tenancy deposit returns
- Good work ethic
- Good communicator
- Own car and full driving license
- Excellent customer service
- Good administrative skills
- Understanding of Microsoft systems
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
