We are seeking a confident, motivated individual with a high level of administrative skills.

You require no prior experience in the property industry and will be given the opportunity to complete your ARLA qualifications and to build a career in the Lettings industry.

As a Lettings negotiator you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Identifying and maximising business opportunities
  • Booking property viewings and registering applicants
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
  • Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
  • Representing the company in a professional manner
  • Building strong relationships with local property owners
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
  • Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
  • Arranging and conducting periodic property inspections
  • Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals; alongside directors
  • Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
  • Handling tenancy deposit returns
  • Good work ethic
  • Good communicator
  • Own car and full driving license
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good administrative skills
  • Understanding of Microsoft systems

Salary:
£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
