We are working with a well-known family office, looking for a talented lawyer with broad experience across PE, funds and private M&A to join the business.

The role is a sole counsel position and offers strong career development prospects to General Counsel.

The remit will include a majority of venture backed work, mainly within the tech space: co-investments and direct investments, secondaries transactions, investments into fund vehicles and funds structuring as well as joint ventures and partnerships with sponsors,operators and suppliers, across a variety of jurisdictions including the US.

In addition, there will be the opportunity to work on NDAs, supply agreements and advisory matters.
