We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our fast growing Global Expansion Advisory (GEA) team as an International Set Up Coordinator.

You will work alongside senior staff to help clients expand their operations into new global territories.

No two days will be the same as you assist in the project management and delivery of international set ups across various service lines _(incorporation & company secretarial, accounting, tax, payroll & HR)_ in a fast-paced environment where good communication skills are essential.


As a member of the GEA team, you will look to develop contacts and relationships with our international offices and Local Service Providers (LSPs) to facilitate faster response times and standardised approaches to work.

You will receive on the job training and will be provided with the opportunity to learn about new territories to develop in-country knowledge and cultural communications / awareness.


Key Accountabilities

  • Project management of incountry set up processes for clients as they expand globally. To include liaison with all parties (client, LSPs, other ZEDRA teams / offices etc.). This may include a full company set up and associated registrations or be a registration for payroll only.
  • Attending meetings / calls with prospective / existing clients to discuss their international expansion requirements and answer queries.
  • Preparation of international multiterritory proposal documents
  • Attending meetings / calls with LSPs in new territories to understand in country requirements
  • Preparation of project plans and checklists
  • Attending regular calls with clients to talk through the status of projects and answer queries
  • Preparation Letters of Engagement and KYC documentation
  • Control of a portfolio of clients ensuring all compliance filing deadlines are met in line with the timetable (VAT returns, financial statements, tax returns etc.) and ad hoc changes taken care of

Knowledge and Experience

  • Previous global expansion project management experience
  • Finance or Business related studies / education preferable
  • Strong IT skills and sound knowledge of Excel
  • Very strong communication & organisational skills
  • Good team player
  • Ability to manage own tasks, good time management and able to work to tight deadlines
  • An analytical approach with good attention to detail
  • Selfdisciplined, proactive, able to make and justify own decisions
  • An enthusiastic, smartworking individual with a "can do" attitude is vital
  • A willingness to learn and grow within a commercial environment where client care is the primary focus
