Description

Your role will be to support in the provision of high standards of skilled nursing care for patients with palliative and end of life care needs and their family within the main services of St Johns Hospice.

St Johns Hospice
Inpatient Unit cares for adult patients and their families, providing 24hour specialist palliative care for symptom management for life shortening illnesses as well as end of life care.
St Johns Hospice
Community Services cares for adult patients who are looked after in their own homes. Our service covers the whole of North Lancashire, South Lakeland, Cumbria and includes parts of North Yorkshire, and visits may be anywhere in this catchment area.

Working within an experienced and supportive multidisciplinary team you will be committed to providing a high standard of care for palliative and end of life patients and their families.
