Customer Experience Executive


Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience you will spend each day working to capture the hearts of our customers.

As a Customer Experience Executive you will play an active role in the day to day operation of the Customer Experience team responding to and resolving escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from our customers whether that be an owner or guest.

Supporting our owners you will beresponsible for the management and development of Holiday Lettings, property owner communication, and the day to day running of the properties within our portfolio ensuring we meet our legal statutory requirements and


When supporting our guests you will help our customers book holidays, providing them with all the information they need from the time of booking, up to when they go on holiday, continuing to support them if something isn't quite righty, along with investigating & resolving customer complaints.

To be considered for this role you
MUST have the following skills:

  • Ability to liaise with the public and clients in a professional manner.
  • Be results driven and motivated to work to hit and exceed targets.
  • Be an efficient communicator with a professional and customer orientated approach.
  • Complete problemsolving skills, analytical skills, and decisionmaking skills.
  • In depth ability to understand data and identify trends and patterns from that data.
  • Able to work unsupervised and on own initiative.
  • Competent with the use of information technology.
  • Customer focused and bottom line orientated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised and can prioritise tasks.
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management desirable.
  • Fully understand property management and its financial aspects desirable.
  • Account management experience desirable.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the area
