We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Operative to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Power Systems Business Segment in Daventry


This is a Temporary Cummins Contract up to 24 months working 37.5 hours Per week on a two-rotational shift pattern: M-F 7:00am - 15:00pm & M-T 15:00pm - 23:00pm F: 15:00 - 22:30pm.

Salary is £26,790

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Ensure quality standards meet the requirements of the business
  • Follow stage process documentation and correctly document quality checks
  • Report to supervision any problems within the work stage
  • Liaise with supervision on all aspects affecting the smooth running of the operation
  • To be flexible within Trim as appropriate, dependent on volume and priority
  • Complete all daily checks inclusive of 5S, Hymo and Crane

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Previous assembly of factory experience beneficial
  • Strong mechanical background
  • Ability to work under your own initiative within the recognized process
  • Ability to selfmanage in order to achieve production targets
