The Skills Bootcamps Early Years Specialist is a new support staff role that will play a key part in the growth of our organisation.

This is a broad role, operating in a small team and you will be responsible for the day to day running and delivery of the Early Years Skills Bootcamp Courses, acquisition and enrolment of learners, developing partnerships with employers and the fulfilment of contract requirements.


We require a specialist with a real passion for Early Years who will go above and beyond to support participants into employment, engaging with a variety of employers and stakeholders across Hampshire.

This role will involve significant employer engagement, developing partnerships and relationships in order to develop the curriculum and secure outcomes for learners.

The successful applicant must be prepared to travel across Hampshire.

Travel expenses will be paid.


Salary - SCP 30 Currently £44,354.00 p/a

Fixed Term Contract until 30th September 2025- possibility of an extension to 30th September 2027 depending upon funding


Closing date - Friday 26th April Noon


Interview date -w/c Monday 29th April 2024


Start date - May 2024
