The Company:

Regional, family-feel style IFA firm based just North of Chesterfield looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator as a 'Lead' Administrator into their back-office adviser support team.

Office Location: Barlborough, North Chesterfield

Hours:Full-time35hrs p/w - 9am-5pm (Mon-Fri) with flexible working available


Package:
£25-28k base DOE + bonus and full company benefits

The Role:
To supervise a team of administrators and efficient administrative support to our Financial Advisers, whose clients include a number of HNW corporate & private clients


Duties include:

  • Maintenance of administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date
  • Overseeing and ensuring compliance to key processes of admin team
  • Production of Key Management Information reports
  • Ensure efficient administrative support for our advisers
  • Obtaining policy information and preparation of data for client meetings
  • Prepare review letters and reports for approval by the Financial Adviser and prepare associated accompanying documentation as required.
  • Deal with client queries

The Person:

Must come from an IFA/wealth management background and have experience of supporting IFA's/financial advisers in a private wealth focused environment.


  • Required: Business processing experience for investment and pensions cases
  • Preferable: Knowledge of the Intelligent Office system
