Human Resources Advisor
As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the human resources function within our company.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR advice and guidance both employees and management, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Support with investigations into HRrelated matters and advise accordingly the appropriate course of action.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely onboarding of new employees.
- Facilitate induction to introduce new employees to company policies, culture and procedures.
Performance Management:
- Support performance processes, providing guidance on goal setting and performance feedback.
- Advise managers on how to address performance issues, implement performance improvement plans and facilitate disciplinary actions when necessary.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs within the company and coordinate training programs.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement:
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Work with management to develop and implement strategies for improving workplace culture.
Any other reasonable duties at the request of Management.
Qualifications:
Essential Criteria:
- Essential to have CIPD Level 5 qualification or have obtained a HR Degree.
- Proven experience in an HR Advisory or Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge or employment laws and regulations.
- Competent in the use of MS Office
- Highly selfmotivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Criteria:
- Proficiency in HRIS (PAMs/HARK) is preferred.
- Experience working within a manufacturing industry.
The Package:
- Competitive Salary £30K £32K (The company is open to part time working requests at interview stage).

£30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
