Specialising in accounting and finance, the company is committed to maintaining its reputation for excellence and expertise in the industry.
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:
- Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Processing credit notes
- Preparing payment runs
- Raising sales invoices
- Allocating cash
- Bank reconciliations
- Query resolution
- All areas of financial administration
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A proven track record (ideally 3-4+ years) within a similar role
- AAT L2 or above (desirable)
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Sound knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy
