Customer Service Advisor
Location:
Wimbledon, SW19 5AG
Salary:
£11.95 per hour.
Contract:
Full Time, Temporary
Hours:
Up 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday until June| Flexible Monday-Sunday through to July.
HGS UK has been working with The All-England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC), supporting the Guest Services Team and managing a range of queries guests may have.
Customer Service Advisor - The role:
As the first point of contact for guests contacting Wimbledon, here's what you need to have:

To be a brilliant Customer Advisor, you'll also need to have:
- Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable, not mandatory)
- Excellent listening skills, natural empathy and patience
- Topnotch troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- A professional telephone manner and great written communication skills
- A natural flair for conversation both in writing and over the telephone
- Resilience and understanding
- Effective time management
- An openness to feedback and confidence working with others
- A passion for sports and want to share the joy of talking about Wimbledon with guests.
