Upto £15.00 per hour

Support Workers are responsible for delivering high quality personalised support to individual people we support in accordance with Care Quality Commission Fundamental Standards (where personal care is delivered), the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the Care Act 2014, providing quality support, care and life experiences to people we support based upon the six basic values of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment.

Our key requirements:
- For you to share our values and passion

- A minimum of 1 year of experience of supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and behaviours which challenge
- Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle (preferred, not essential)
- Willingness to make a difference
- Reliable, flexible, punctual, hard working and honest
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and progress within your role
- Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service outcome
- Satisfactory references

Zero hours, part time & full time hours available (0-40 hours per week)
