We are currently recruiting for a reputable UK200 listed firm based in Manchester who are looking to hire a Corporate Solicitor to join their team.

This role will involve managing a caseload of Corporate cases.

These cases could be related to selling or buying a business, joint ventures, investments, shareholder agreements, financial services regulations or capital markets.

There is a competitive salary on offer for the role that is dependent on experience, and the position will be based in Manchester.
