User Researcher - 100% remote - £50k


Avanti Recruitment is currently working with one of the Uk's largest IT Software companies, as they look to add a User Researcher to their team working on financial and public sector projects.

This is a 100% remote role.


As a User Researcher, you will be part of their User Experience team, working with their Content Designers, User Experience Designers, and the rest of the wider team.


As the User Researcher you will:

  • Lead and conduct User and Business research to understand customer requirements and User Behaviour.
  • Review designs or existing services.
  • Work with the wider team of UX Designers and Developers, sharing your work and research in an engaging and collaborative way.
  • Give suggestions on how Research can be integrated throughout the development lifecycle.

Skills/Experience you need:


  • Passionate and committed User Researcher with a proven track record working as part of a wider UX team.
  • Worked within a multidisciplinary team following agile principles.
  • Have a strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Experience in usercentered design practices and how to integrate them into an agile process.
