The role you'd play:

  • Coordination of Wholesale Customer EDI transactions and supply chain activities across all Pentland Brands within the EMEA region.
  • Liaison between internal IT teams, thirdparty EDI partners, and customers.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to maximise efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Ensuring the company meets customer EDI Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to avoid chargebacks and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Collaboration with crossfunctional teams including Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to streamline processes and resolve EDIrelated issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in EDI technology and supply chain management to continuously improve processes and systems.

What you'd bring / be as:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workflow.
  • SAP experience desirable.
