Description
New Homes Carpeting, are an expanding Contact Flooring Company based in Harlow. The Company works with some of the UK's largest Housing Developers and provide flooring to New Build Properties.


We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to be part of our team, having responsibility for the day-to-day administrative duties within the Sales department, including being a point of contact for our clients.


Duties and responsibilities include:


  • Supporting the Sales team
  • Inputting day to day information accurately on our bespoke data system
  • Contacting Clients to confirm appointments and bookings for floor fitters.
  • Arranging appointments with our installation teams to attend the required sites for work
  • Providing information to our internal and external teams
  • Accurate and timely filing.
  • Ordering materials for jobs
  • Liaising with our Warehouse team and checking current stock holding
  • Answering general telephone calls and taking accurate notes.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks and workload
  • Ability to accept and understand instructions
  • Strong written and numerical skills. (Maths and English Grade
  • Pass)
  • IT Literate (Microsoft Office, Excel)
  • Confident polite telephone manner
  • Reliability and honesty
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure


Our company offers 20 days holiday and bank holidays (plus extra days holiday for Christmas shutdown) and a pension scheme.

35 hours a week 8.30am to 4.30pm at our Harlow offices, £19,000 - £22,500 per year


Salary:
£19,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
