Reed Accountancy Norwich are working with a well known Business near Snetterton to recruit a Permanent
Accounts Assistant. This position is office working full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Up to £25,000 per annum
Accounts Assistant duties:
- Purchasing and sales order processing
- To provide accounting support for a midsized firm
- Maintain and update the Purchase Ledger finance accounting systems including creating new supplier accounts.
- Process and reconciling supplier statements
- Ensure all paperwork and invoices are processed for payment at the correct due date
- Assist in the accurate and timely monthly debit balance for the group
- Assist with any other duties or tasks within the Accounts department
Accounts Assistant Skills/Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- Experience using Sage would be an advantage but not essential
- Experience of working within a finance department
