Product Manager, Director - Business Intelligence

The Team:

Platforms and Channels delivers technology products and services that provide frictionless access to S&P Global Data for our customers through self-service platforms and syndicated data.

Product Management partners with internal stakeholdersto understand business strategy to develop data and content distribution technology solutions for S&P Global's divisions and product lines.


The Impact:

This role owns managing the development of Platforms and Channels business intelligence platform and the features required to meet business objectives with new and evolving platform capabilities.

They manage the overall roadmap for the product,integrating solutions across multiple products, partnering with stakeholders within and across divisions.

Responsibilities:


  • Define Product Requirements understand, analyze, document functional and nonfunctional Requirements
  • Business and Tech Liaison
  • Understand business problems and communicate with Technology
  • Produce detailed business and functional requirement specifications
  • Assess and manage the impact of changes in requirements to the technology systems / infrastructure
  • Participate / lead in project sizing, planning and tracking activities for feature development

What We're Looking For:


  • Proven background in Product Management and development of mission critical systems
  • Ability to recognize, assess and articulate clients' needs and create a product strategy to deliver business value.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, communication and influencing skills at all levels across departments.
  • Experience working with development methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, ITIL, Kanban.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,000-$261,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus/a sales commission plan.
