We have an exciting opportunity within NHS Supply Chain for a Process Architect Lead to join our Strategy team.
This role is helping NHS Supply Chain to achieve its ambitions.

Having recently reshaped our 10-year Strategy and being in the middle of a multi-yearoperating model change, the Process Architecture lead will have a key role to play.


What does a Process Architect Lead do at NHS Supply Chain?

The process architect lead has an important role to play in how we ensure NHS Supply Chain delivers for now and in the future.

A varied and impact focused role that is responsible for shaping and driving how we develop and delver our process framework.

Workingacross directorate, providing thought leadership, and collaboratively delivering the Process Framework Governance to ensure our processes are having the impact we need to help deliver for the NHS.


This role will:

  • Setting the standards for Processes
  • Govern the process framework and process performance
  • Mapping process at the enterprise level and building our process model
  • Supporting the business to adhere to policy standards governance
  • Testing business change using the process model to give confidence we are in line withour capabilities
  • Lead the effort to automate processes

What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?:

  • Substantial experience of working with Process Governance and delivering standards and improvements in process frameworks and controls
  • General work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level
  • Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level

Hybrid working; a blend of home and office working 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days at home.
