We have a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to join an established Commercial Litigation team based in London
The Firm

The firm are an established boutique firm based in Central London. They are known for their complex Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration. The team are friendly, reputable and have a busy workload, as a result, they are now looking to add anexperienced Paralegal join them

The Opportunity


The aim of the role is to support the Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration team through the entire process from start to finish.


Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Document Review
  • Preparing Court forms and other standard forms
  • Carrying out general administration tasks, including photocopying, scanning and document preparation.
  • Conducting legal searches
  • Collating bundles
  • Producing correspondence under supervision
  • Filing documents both electronically and at Court
The role offers full time working hours as well as a hybrid working pattern. Salary is dependent on experience but can range from £30,000 - £40,000pa.

Please note that this is not a position that is expected to progress to training contract.


Requirements:


  • Prior experience within Commercial Litigation and/or International Arbitration is essential
  • LPC and qualifying law degree with first class or 2:
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Acute attention to detail in preparing/amending documents and correspondence
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload in a busy working environment
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software products and in using computers generally
